Close Parent Portal Account
How to close your CREATE 308 parent portal account and what data is retained.
If you can sign in to the parent portal, use the in-app Close Account button in your Family settings.
Deleting your account permanently removes your login and personal information from Create308. Some billing, transaction, and legal records may be retained as required by law or to maintain accurate financial records. This action cannot be undone.
If you cannot access the portal, contact the studio for help with your account.
