Cinematography (3 Weeks)

There’s a reason companies like Apple and Facebook are doubling down on video: it’s one of the most powerful vehicles to tell a story. A photo can say a thousand words, now thread those photos together and tell a story. For an organization, the art of cinematography can be leveraged to make a mission clearer, a product more attractive, and a message more moving. In this Masterclass, we’ll be discussing basic essentials of the art of video, how to find the storyline and bring it to the forefront through capturing moments in motion.

Instructor: Tory Hooten
Tory is a Philosopher, Dreamer and Nerd. He has worked as a promotions producer at NTV and FOX NE, a senior promotions producer at FOX 9 in Minneapolis and taught video production at UNK. He is passionate about art and marketing and is the driving force behind Red Orchid.
